Abstract

This paper mainly studies the natural plant-baicalin dyes on wool fabric dyeing capacity.Using the impregnate method and the single-factor analysis for different concentrations of baicalin, color depth, dyeing time and dyeing temperature,it tests and analyses the color fastness of the dyed fabric. The results show the optimal concentration of baicalin is 8%(owf),dyeing time is 50 min,the best dyeing temperature is 70 ℃,using the influence of mordant FeSO4 and rare earth chloride for dyeing of wool fabric and the optimum concentration.Base on the test results, the color fastness and color depth of dyed wool fabric, the best neodymium chloride is 0.8%(owf).
