Abstract
In this paper,based on solubility of henna in different solvents,dyeing process of wool fabrics with henna pigment was studied,by means of three ways to extract henna pigment with 60℃ water.The optimal dyeing process conditions were determined in the quadratic general rotary unitized design.Three optimal dyeing process conditions were(88 ℃),47 min,pH value 3.9,(95 ℃),35 min,pH value 3.4,and(95 ℃),56 min,pH value 3.9,respectively.Under the same dyeing process conditions,the second extracted way obtained the maximum color depth.In the optimal dyeing process conditions,the post-mordant methods of wool fabrics using Al~(3+),Mg~(2+),Fe~(2+),Fe~(3+) were performed,and Fe~(3+) mordant showed the most obvious effect of mordant dyeing.
