Abstract

Objective:To study the early diagnostic value of utrasound for low obstructive jaundice.Methods:60 cases of clinical doubted patients with B-type or color ultrasonic examination. In the examined course,we took combined methods including local expression, rotation, postural change, water drink or fatty meal. All the patients reexamination after treatment.Among the 60 cases,we screened out 32 cases of low obstructive jaundice patients to be analysed. Results:The displayed rate of disease focus was 90.6%.The diagnostic validity rate of primary diseases reached 84.4%.Classic cases were 6 cases of early peri-ampullar carcinoma. Conclusion:Through the combined ultrasonic methods, the displayed and diagnostic rate was elevated markedly for low obstructive jaundice.Especially for the early diagnosis of peri-ampullar carcinoma, the tumor resection rate was elevated. So it had great clinical value.
