Abstract
Purpose To research the ultrasonography diagnosis value on obstructive jaundice. Methods The operation pathological results of 68 cases patients of obstructive jaundice were compared with ultrasonography retrospectively. Results We found 47.0 % of obstructive jaundice were caused by the disorders from common bile duct, with an accuracy of 93.75 %. And 23.5 % from pancreases diseases with an accuracy of 91.6 %, 13.2 % from duodenal disorders with an accuracy of 77.7 %, 7.3 % from hepatic portal tumor with an accuracy of 100 %. Conclusion Ultrasonography is an ideal imaging method for etiological and localized diagnosis of obstructive jaundice, and we can improve the accuracy only by closely combine to clinic.
