The analysis of ultrasonography diagnosis on obstructive jaundice.

Abstract
Objective To research the ultrasonography diagnosis value on obstructive jaundice.Methods The ultrasonography results of 108 patients of obstructive jaundice in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results The ultrasonography results of 102 patients of obstructive jaundice accorded with operation pathological results.65 patients of obstructive jaundice were caused by calculus of bile duct,with an accuracy of 100%;2 patients of obstructive jaundice were caused by stenosis of bile duct,with an accuracy of 66.6%;1 patients of obstructive jaundice was caused by pancreatitis,with an accuracy of 50%;3 patients of obstructive jaundice were caused by cholecystitis,with an accuracy of 100%;14 patients of obstructive jaundice were caused by carcinoma of head of pancreas,with an accuracy of 87.5%;11 patients of obstructive jaundice were caused by ampullary carcinoma,with an accuracy of 91.7%;6 patients of obstructive jaundice were caused by carcinoma of bile duct,with an accuracy of 85.7%.Conclusion Ultrasonography is an ideal method for diagnosis of obstructive jaundice,we can improve the accuracy by closely combining to clinic.
