As the representative and protector of employees,trade union should take coordinating labor relations as an important approach of building up harmonious enterprises.The focal points include how to enhance the consultation between labor and capital,the construction of mechanism,the good benefit and interests sharing.Trade union's protection work should pay attention to employment,income distribution,social security,occupational safety and health and democratic management.The new pattern labor relations in enterprises should be ordered, equitable and rational,mutual benefit,harmonious and stable.Enterprises with harmonious labor relations will have good developing environment with good interest relations and human relations.
