New Rural Construction and a Study on Creative,Innovative and Enterprise Talent Cultivation Mode in Vocational College

Training new personnel in rural development was the key and basic to promote rural economic and social development.But at present,the basic situation of rural talent was poor quality of culture and poor of science and technology quality,which could not meet the needs of the new rural construction.According to Students Village Officials Plan,the leader problem of the main building of new countryside was solved;however the problems of the much needed new talent of rural development were not solved fundamentally.In order to meet the development requirements of the new rural construction,the school-running orientation of vocational colleges in promoting the building of new socialist countryside was re-examined and established.Creative,innovative,and enterprise education was vigorously carried out so as to transport a large number of high-quality for talent new rural construction.
