Abstract
In the new rural construction, talent is the key of development. The construction of a new socialist countryside has offered the opportunity for the agricultural and Forestry University Talent training, However,from the current point of view, there are many problems of talent training mode, including of discipline and specialty has been weakened, the specialty and the construction of new countryside is disjointed, and teaching contents are outmoded. Innovative talents training mode adapt to the demand of new rural construction. From the practice of new rural construction, college makes research settings and the curriculum construction, and improves the comprehensive quality of students.
