Analysis of Current Situation of Rural Practical Talent Cultivation and Corresponding Countermeasures——An Example of Xi'an

Rural practical talent is the main force in the construction of new socialist countryside.Investigation were conducted about rural practical talent training in Xi'an,and the present situation and existing problems were analyzed.The results show that: the structure,cultivating resources,training mode and training effect of rural practical talent team are expected to be strengthened.The main factors influencing the cultivation of practical talent include the attention of local governments,rural practical personnel training system and the gap between urban and rural areas.We should formulate talent cultivation plan to guide rural practical talent team construction,strengthen government support to enrich rural practical talent training resources,innovate talent cultivation mode to establish scientific talent cultivation system,and perfect examination and evaluation mechanism to stimulate rural practical talent training motivation.
