Abstract
Objective:To partly clarify the mechanism of modified Sanjia Powder and its Sub-Formulas on hepatic fibrosis by observing the effects on N-terminal Procollagen Ⅲ Propeptide(PⅢNP) and Hyaluronic Acid(HA) of rats with hepatic fibrosis.Method:The hepatic fibrosis model in rats was established by CCl4 administration. And the concentration of PⅢNP and HA in serum were tested.Result:The group of modified Sanjia Powder can decrease the level of PⅢNP and HA(P0.01),and the group without Yin-enriching material can lower the level of HA(P0.05) compared with blank group. Conclusion:Modified Sanjia Powder and its sub-formulas have the effects on experimental hepatic fibrosis by promoting collagen-degradation.
