Abstract
The construction of socialist new village demands new peasants,and new peasants must have an advanced quality of ideology and morality,good knowledge of technology and culture,a sense of market competition and scientific idea of environmental protection.The cultivation of new peasants depends on the support of the government in rural education on the one hand,and on peasants' own will to enlarge investment in their own education on the other.
