Effect of observation on fenofibrate joint atorvastatin treatment of mixed hyperlipidemia

[Abstrcat] Objective To explore the clinical effect of fenofibrate joint atorvastatin treatment of mixed hyperlipidemia.Methods 90 cases of patients with mixed hyperlipemia were treated in our hospital from February 2011 to February2013,they were were divided into control group and research group according to the treatment,each group of 49 cases,the control group was given atorvastatin therapy,the study group was given fenofibrate treatment on the basis the control group,the clinical curative effect and the level changes of TC,TG,LDL,HDL-C were compared two groups patients.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 85.7%,was higher than the control group(73.5%),the difference has statistical significance(P0.05).The TC,TG,LDL-C were reduced,the HDL-C was rise in two groups of patients after one period of treatment, compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant( P0.05),the TG,LDL-C after treatment in treatment group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of fenofibrate joint atorvastatin treatment the mixed hyperlipidemia is good than only use the atorvastatin.
