Tension-free Vaginal Tape-Obturator for the Treatment of Stress Urinary Incontinence

Objective Objective To evaluate tension-free vaginal tape─Obturator (TVT-O) for the treatment of stress urinary incontinence.Methods Methods Tension-free vaginal tape―Obturator (TVT-O) was applied for 8 women with stress urinary incontinence.Results After operation,all of the patients' incontinence were under control.Mean operative time was 48 min and mean operative bleeding was 40 ml.The patients achieved normal voiding without complications postoperatively during 6 months follow up.Conclusion TVT-O is an effective operation associated with few minor complications.
