Abstract
Objective: The content of paeoniflorin in Ganlibao oral liquid was determined by HPLC. Methods: Paeoniflorin was extracted with methanol. The HPLC system consisted of ∶77) mixture, with detection at 230 nm, flow rate 0.8 ml/min. Results: We did not find any interference peak from the blank test. The precision (RSD) was 0.89%. The mean recover of (94.32±4.38)% for paeoniflorin was obtained. The linear range was 12.5 ~ 400 靏/ml. Conclusions: This method is specific, accurate and reproducible.
