Abstract
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Kanggan oral liquid. Methods:Paeoniflorin was separated by a phenomenex 5 ODS(3) column(4.6 mm id×250 mm, 5μm)with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(18∶82)and an UV detection wavelength of 230 nm.Results:The paeoniflorin curve was linear in the range of 1.9~9.9 μg, with a corelation coefficient of 0.999 5. The average recovery was 99.87%, and RSD 1.83%( n =5).Conclusion:The method is simple, sensitive and accurate. It can be one of the quality control methods.
