Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of MCA on patients with congestive heart failure(CHF).Method:A randomized,Single-blind,contrast-controlled study was performed. Before and after the treatment, heart functions of both groups were measured by color Dopple echocardiography, the blood pressure and heart rate were investigated, the clinical symptoms, singns and the side effects were also observed.Result:The treatment efficiencies of MCA group and contrast group were 90.7% and 70.6% respectively,( P 0.05) and no serious side effects occurred in MCA group. Conclusion:The MCA was clearly better than routine treatment,MCA was an effective and safe drug for the patients with CHF.
