Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of captopril and MCA for CHF.Methods 52 CHF patients were enrolled.MCA 120 mg in 5% glucose 250 ml was infused once daily for 14 days;captopril dosage increased from 6.25mg tid to 12.5mg tid in a week. Results The response rate was 93.3% for patients with cardiac function III;The response rate was 91.0% for patients with cardiac function Ⅳ.The LVEF increased significantly(P0,05) and LVEDD decreased significantly(P0.05) in both groups. Conclusion Captopril and MCA have proved efficacy in congestive heart failure.
