Abstract

Objective To optimize the preparation process for Yinyanjing lotion by orthogonal test.Methods The optimum extraction was selected with orthogonal test.Water,extraction time,and extraction number were considered.Matrine and berberine chloride in the extract was determined by HPLC,and the effect was compared by extraction yield.Results The optimum extraction process was 8 times of water,extracting 3 times,45 min each.Conclusion This study provides a basis for the optimization of Yinyanjin glotion.
