Study of Optimization of Extraction Process for Compound Kushenzi Lotion

Abstract
Objeetive:To screen the best extraction process for Compound Kushenzi Lotion.Methods: The orthogonal experiment was used to investigate the content of matrine contained in Compound Kushenzi Lotion prepared by different extraction processes.The best extraction proces was designed according to the result of these studies.Results: The quantity of water and the time of decoction were the most important factors in the extraction process.The best extraction process was adding 10 times of water,marinating for 1 h in advance,and the material should be decocted twice with 2 h each time.Condusion: The optimized extraction technology was rational and the extraction rate of the active principles was high.
