Influencing Factors in the Transfer of Agricultural Usage Land Based on Peasants' Household Surveys:Taking Chongqing's typical area(county) as an example

Agricultural land transfer is to give land use efficiency full play,and an active exploration to realize the agricultural scale production and industrialization,using participatory farmers evaluation method,taking the typical area(county) of Chongqing as an example,discussing the influencing factors of agricultural land circulation.The analysis results showed that lack of standard operation procedures and agricultural land circulation intermediary organizations,lack of perfect social security system and the difference location are the effect of Chongqing area's the main factors of agricultural land circulation.Establishing the perfect relevant policies and agricultural land circulation of in rural social security system,accelerating the urbanization process and strengthening rural infrastructure construction have positive roles to agricultural land circulation of Chongqing area.
