when the rural land market has a valid supply and effective demand at the same time,it can operate smoothly.But the survey shows that one of the reasons that transfer of rural land is still insufficient in China is farmers do not actively involve in rural land transfer.This paper is based on the investigation of Chongqing,through principal component analysis,an empirical analysis of the influencing factors of rural residents' willingness of farmland transfer is carried out and finds out that Family-Income and Expenditure,social security in rural area and so on are important factors affecting famers' land transfer behavior,and puts forward detailed recommendations to promote the development of Chongqing rural land market.
