Research on Agricultural Land Transfer in Balancing Urban and Rural Development Pilot Area——A Case Study of Jiulongpo District of Chongqing Municipality

Research of agricultural land transfer in urban and rural balance-development pilot area is of great significance to the solution of the fragmentation and desolation of agricultural land.It also makes sense to improve agricultural land use efficiency and agricultural structure adjustment. If agricultural land is transferred on a scientific and reasonable basis,it will be helpful to build a new socialist countryside.As farmer households are the main agricultural land suppliers in agricultural land transfer,their attitude and decision directly influence agricultural land transfer.Taking the new rural construction pilot area of Jiulongpo District in Chongqing Municipality as an example,this paper makes an analysis of the influencing factors of farmer households' attitude and decision on agricultural land transfer according to 103 random samples of farmer households in five towns,in order that it can accelerate agricultural land transfer and the development of agricultural land market.
