A Preliminary Report on the Study of Rural Land Circulation in Nyingchi County of Tibet Based on Agricultural Household Survey

The purpose of this study is to investigate state of rural land circulation in Tibet for promote rural land circulation market development. Questionnaire and interview are mainly used in this research. Results reveal that:( 1) The rural land circulation were small in scale,and mostly locate on the suburbs;( 2) a single mode,the defects in its procedure;( 3) the household have a strong desire to transfer land for more income;( 4) the limiting factor of rural land circulation is lack of tenant,the poor farmland facility,and decentralized land. These problems may be solved by enhancing the effect of village collectivity,providing modern agricultural technology and financial support,readjusting land,and developing the third industry actively.
