Theory,Models and Practice of Reform on Teacher Education

It is the developmental trend of teacher education worldwide to realize the professionalization of teacher education and integrate pre-service training with in-service training.It is inevitable to carry out reform on teacher education if we aim to construct a creative country,to strengthen the nation by means of talented personnels under the circumstance of open state of teacher education market.From the reforming practice of many normal universities,the training model of teacher education becomes diversified.With the reform on teacher education,the teacher education and discipline education may become relatively independent of each other so as to make both professionalized.Moreover,the integration of pre-service training with in-service training may make the teacher educational system more complete.The pooling and sharing of teacher educational resources will bring the resources into full play.Furthermore,the organic unification of educational research and serving society will link theory to practice more closely.The mutual improvement of the teaching quality of higher education and that of the elementary education enhances the links of higher education and elementary education.Finally,the cooperation with other universities worldwide in teacher education will make the teacher education international.
