Abstract

Based on the characteristics of the spatial distribution of exhibition shops in the city zone of Beijing, this paper cuts it into three phases, respectively from the founding of P.R.C to 1970, from 1970 to 1990, and from 1990 to now. It stresses on the characteristics and causes of each phase of the spatial distribution and summarizes it by centralizing on the whole and scattering in part. It even brings forward the existing problems from the perspective of differences in each district of Beijing, differences between Changanjie Avenue and the extension of the north-south line, and the ring road traffic. Finally, it offers some suggestions to the future development of Beijing exhibition.
