Clinical investigation on laparoscopic operation for ectopic pregnancy in 129 cases

Objective:To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:129 cases of ectopic pregnancy from Novmeber 2001 to December 2006 after TV laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Laparoscopic surgery was successfully performed in129 cases,with mean intraoperative blood loss of 20 ml(10～60 ml), mean operation time of 45 min(range25～80 min)and mean postoperative hospital stay of 3d(2～5d).No one performed the operation again in all 129 patients.In the follow-up for 129 cases,menstruation restored in1-3months.Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery for ectopic preg-nancy is safe and effective,with advantages of minimal invasion,less pain,rapid recovery and fewer complications.
