Effect observation of laparoscopic and open operation in treatment of ectopic pregnancy

Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic and open operation in treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 58 cases women with ectopic pregnancy were divided into laparoscopic group and open operation group,each of 29 cases.Operation time,intraoperative bleeding,anal exhaust time and postoperative hospital stay in two groups were observed.Results Operation time,anal exhaust time and postoperative hospital stay in laparoscopic group were shorter than those in open operation group,the bleeding volume during surgery was less than that in open operation group,the difference were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic in treatment of ectopic pregnancy is safe and effective,less trauma,with early rehabilitation,is worthy of clinical application.
