Analysis of laparoscopy in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy in 117 cases

Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods One hundred and seventeen cases of ectopic pregnancy patients were given the use of laparoscopy for diagnosis and treatment in our hospital from May 2010 to April 2012 and operation methods were chosen according to the circum stances with intraoperative.Results Among 117 cases,1 case was successful with open treatment because of endoscopic hemostasia difficulty,the rest finished the diagnosis with definite by laparoscopic and completed the operation,the success rate of laparoscopic operation was 99.15%.operation time was 25-110 min,time of indwelling catheter voiding in postop erative was 6-20 h;time of micturition was 6-12 h,time of anus exhaust in postoperative was 12-24 h,length of hospital stay was 3-5 d;β-HCG blood was dropped more than 50.00% after operation for 3 d,B ultrasound review found no pelvic mass.No serious complications occurred,all the cuts were healed by I period.Conclusion Laparoscopic in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy has the advantage of less trauma,faster postoperative recovery,less complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
