Abstract
Objective To develop a method for determination of cadmium in blood with GFAAS.Methods Blood sample was diluted into suspension by Triton X-100 solution and then determined by GFAAS.Results The detection limit was 0.01 μg/L,the recovery rate was from 96.0% to 101.5%,and the RSD was less than 6.0%.Conclusions The results show that the samples are easy to incinerate, the atomization signal is improved, and the background is reduced significantly. This method is characterized by convenient procedure, good sensitivity and satisfactory accuracy, which can be used to determine cadmium in blood.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
