Abstract
Objective:To establish a method to determine manganese(Mn) in urine by GFAAS.Methods:Urine samples were directly poured into graphite tubes after addition of matrix-modifier,and then the samples were determined by GFAAS.Results:The detection limit of the method was 0.9 μg/L,with Mn concentration ranging from 0 to 20 μg/L.The method showed good linearity,RSD was 5.17%~7.38% and the addition standard recovery 85.6%~104.2%.Conclusion:The method could be operated simply and rapidly and it has high accuracy and low limitation.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
