The clinical observation of mifepristone combined with methotrexate treated for ectopic pregnancy

Abstract

Objective To discuss the effect of two kinds of conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 52 cases patients in ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into two grous. A group(27 cases)were treated with methotrexate (MTX)a single intramuscular injection and oral administration of mifepristone;B group(28 cases)were received MTX(50mg/ m2)a single intramuscular injection. Serum β-hCG level and size of adnexal mass in two groups were monitored. Results Cure rate,blood β-hCG fall under the ≥ 15% ,mass narrowing ≥30% ,serum β-hCG clearance time and the disappearance time of adnexal mass of A group compared with that in B group,the differences were statistically significant(P 0. 05). Conclusion MTX combined with mifepristone on ectopic pregnancy has better effect and less adverse reactions.
