Clinical Therapeutic Observation of MTX with Mifepristone on Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of MTX with and without Mifepristone in curing ectopic pregnancy.Methods 80 ectopic pregnancy patients were divided into two groups randomly:Group A(n=40)received single intramuscular injection with MTX,50mg/m~2,Mifepristone 200mg Po,once a day for two days.Group B(n=40) only received single intramuscular injection with MTX,50mg/m~2.Results The cure rate of group A and B were 90% and 70%,respectively.The significant difference was showed between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The treatment of ectopic pregnancy with MTX and Mifepristone shows the better curative effect.
