Abstract
To establish a method for determination of oxymatrine with HPLC,a C 18 column and the mobile phase of MeOH-3%H3 PO4 (8∶2,v∶v) were used. The detection wavelength and temperature were set at 220 nm and 30 ℃,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The calibration curve of oxymatrine content was linear within the range of 1~10 μg (r=0.9998),the average recovery of oxymatrine was 99.33%,and RSD was 0.296%. The HPLC method is accurate and sensitive for determining oxymatrine.
