Abstract
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of Oxymatrine in Changshendingweipian.Methods The HPLC system consisted of Agillent Zorbax SB-C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),0.043mol/L SDSCH_3CN(including 1/15 mol/L H_3PO_4-1/15 mol/L KH_2PO_4)(76:24)mixture as a mobile phase,detection wavelength at 220 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.Results The linear range of Oxymatrine was 0.25~2.00μg,r=0.9999,the average recovery was 100.04%,RSD=0.60%(n=5).Conclusions The method is simple,the result is accurate,higher sensitivity and the reproducibility is good.This method can be used for the determination of Changshendingweipian.
