Abstract

s: The quality of English teaching and learning has a great deal to do with the comprehensive qualities of English teachers. The self-improvement and development of English teachers' comprehensive qualities is an all-round project. It is of important practical significance to analyze the comprehensive qualities that English teachers should have and to explore basic ways of self-improving and developing their qualities.
