The effect observation of hydrotalcite in gastric ulcer combined with bile regurgitation

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of hydrotalcite in gastric ulcer combined with bile regurgitation.Methods120 cases patients with gastric ulcer combined with bile regurgitation were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 60 cases.Control group were given omeprazole,and observation group were added with hydrotalcite.Observed clinical efficacy and upper abdominal pain,bloating,heartburn,acid reflux,belching,nausea,vomiting of two group.Results The total effective rate of observation group(93.3%) was higher than that of control group(71.7%),the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).After treatment,the each symptom score lower(P0.05);And improvement situation of upper abdominal pain,heartburn,heartburn,belching and nausea symptom were better than those of control group(P0.05).Conclusion Hydrotalcite in gastric ulcer combined with bile regurgitation has a nice effect.
