Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hydrotalcite combined with domperidone, pantoprazole enteric-coated tablets for bile reflux gastritis. Methods Selected 368 bile reflux gastritis patients from April 2010 to April 2013 in the hospital as the research object, they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each group of 184 patients. The observation group was treated with hydrotalcite combined with domperidone, pantoprazole, but control group were treated with domperidone, pantoprazole combined with placebo sucralfate. After the treatment, the difference of clinical effect, clinical symptoms and the characteristics of gastric juice were statistical analyzed between the two groups. Results The therapeutic effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);Before the treatment, the observation group and the control group in gastric mucosal hyperemia, erosion, the proportion of patients with bile symptomatic had no statistical significance(P0.05). After treatment, the observation group in gastric mucosal hyperemia, erosion, the proportion of patients with bile symptomatic was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05);The observation group patient's vomiting and abdominal pain, abdominal distension, bile early satiety symptoms disappeared earlier than the control group, the difference was statistical significant(P0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of hydrotalcid combined with domperidone, pantoprazole for bile reflux gastritis, that effective rate is higher, improve symptoms significantly.
