Abstract
Objective To study the resistance of Streptococcus pneumoniae in a situation to guide the rational use of antimicrobial agents. Methods The agar dilution method and the break point method for determination of 12 kinds of antibiotics,91 strains of Streptococcus pneumoniae minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC).Results 91 strains of Streptococcus pneumoniae to 11 antibiotics were sensitive to rate:Vancomycin(100.0%)、Rifampicin(97.8%)、Ofcoxacin(96.7%)、Imipenem(93.4%)、Levofloxacin(92.3%)、Cefotaxime(74.7%)、Chloramphenicol(69.2%)、Amoxicillin(68.1%)、Penicilin(68.1%)、Tetracycline(12.1%)、Eyythromycin(98.9%)、Compound Sulfamethoxazole(8.8%).Conclusion The majority of Streptococcus pneumoniae antibiotic resistance in varying degrees(except vancomycin),and they will also cross-resistance phenomenon.
