The effects of psychological nursing combined with rehabilitation training on rehabilitation in patients with first-episode depression

Objective Discussion on the effects of psychological nursing care and rehabilitation training on patients with first-episode depression.Methods 80 patients with first-episode depression were divided into two groups randomly:the treatment group(40 patients)and the control group(40 patients).Each of the two groups took conventional drug treatment and care,the treatment group combined with psychological nursing care and rehabilitation training.Using the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD-24)and the comprehensive evaluation of quality of life questionnaire(GQOLI-74)assessment before treatment and hospitalization after 4 weeks.Results To the patients of two groups,the scores differences of Hamilton depression scale and the comprehensive evaluation of quality of life questionnaire were not statistically significant(P0.05),but for the patients of the study group with psychological care and rehabilitation training after 4 weeks,the scores of the comprehensive evaluation of quality of life questionnaire with physical,psychological and social function of dimension compared with control groups improved significantly,differences are statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Effect of psychological nursing combined with rehabilitation training will not only improve patients,but also can significantly improve quality of life of patients.
