Influence of psychological nursing combined with rehabilitation training on post-stroke depression

Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing combined with rehabilitation training on depressive state and neural function in the patient with post-stroke depression(PSD).Methods:A tota1 of 90 cases of post-stroke depression were randomly divided into observation group,control group 2 and control group 1,30 cases in each group.All groups received routine drug therapy(neurological and antidepressant drugs) and routine nursing,while the rehabilitation training was added to the control group 2 and the rehabilitation training and psychological nursing were added to the observation group.The Hamihon depression scale(HAMD),Barthel indexes(BI) and Fuglmeyer assessment(FMA) were used to evaluate all the cases before and after intervention in 3 groups.Results:After 8-week intervention,the HAMD score in the intervention group was markedly lower than that in the two control groups,while the scores of BI and FMA were much higher(all P0.01).The rehabilitation efficacy of the intervention group was significantly superior to that of the control group 1 as compared with group 2(P0.01).Conclusion:Psychological nursing combined with rehabilitation training can improve the depressive status,raise the everyday life activity,enhance the recovery of motor function of the limbs,thus obtain the comprehensively recovery of psychology and body in the patients with post-stroke depression.
