Abstract
Objective To observe the level of leukocyte surface antigens CD64 during the infection of burn, and to assess the value of the CD64 in diagnosis of the infection. Methods sleventy-eight serious burns Patients were clarified into 3 groups:pyaemia, infection and control group.PeRipheral blood sample of CD64 was detected by flow cytometer,WBC and CRP were taken for comparison. Results The level of CD64 in pyaemias patients were(83.81±14.98)%,which were significantly higher than those infection(40.15±13.45)% and control group(13.75±5.93)%(P0.01).There were significant difference in the levels of CD64 expression between the patients with infection and control(P0.01).Conclusions The level of CD64 will rise during the infection of burn,CD64 can be a effective diagnosis marker in the infection of burn.
