Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for determination of matrine in Shuyin Lotion.Method:The matrine content was determined by HPLC on inertsil ODS-SP column(4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water-triethylamine(3∶ 97∶ 0.2,adjusted to pH 3.5 with phosphoric acid),the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1,and the detection wavelength was set at 220 nm.Result: Matrine was linear in range of 3.9-117.0 μg(r =0.999 9).The average recovery was 101.69% with RSD of 1.84%(n =9).Conclusion: The method is simple,quick and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of Shuyin lotion.
