Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of matrine in Wubaishen lotion. Methods HPLC method was used for the content determination.Eclipse XDB-C18 column was used with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-phosphate buffer(PH 6.8,V/V=25∶75)at the flow rate of 1.0mL/min.The injection volume was 10μL.The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm and the column temperature was 30℃.Results Matrine showed a good linear relationship within the range of 27.00~135.00mg/mL(r=0.999 5)and the average recoveries were 98.28%,RSD=1.85%(n=9).Conclusion The method is accurate, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used for the content determination of matrine and the quality control of Wubaishen lotion.
