Clinical Efficacy and Mechanism of the Different Glucocorticoid in the Treatment of Nephrotic Syndrome Induced

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and mechanism of the different glucocorticoid in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome induced.Method:According to a stratified randomization method,85 cases of patients with nephrotic syndrome were divided into the prednisone group and the methylprednisolone group,24 h urine protein,SCr,BUN,urinary protein clearance time and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed. Result:The urinary protein clearance time of the methylprednisolone group was(6.3±1.6)d,24 h urinary protein excretion was(128.3±23.6)mg, the urinary protein clearance time of the prednisone group was(11.5±1.4)d,24 h urinary protein excretion was(289.5±31.7)mg,the difference between the two groups was significant(P0.05).The total effective rate of the methylprednisolone group was 94.1%(48/51),the total effective rate of the prednisone group was 70.6%(24/34),the difference between the two groups was significant(P0.05). Conclusion:Different clinical efficacy of the different corticosteroids in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome,methylprednisolone safe and effective.
