Abstract
Objective To discuss the value of joint detection of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),adenosine deaminase(ADA),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),C-reactive protein(CRP) on benign and malignant pleural effusion differential diagnosis. Methods LDH and ADA was detected used rate method by AU2700 full-automatic biochemical analyzer, and immune turbidimetry to test CRP,and electrochemical luminescence method to value CEA.According to standard of 'Pulmonary tuberculosis diagnosis and treatment guide',100 cases of pleural effusion in patients were divided into tuberculous pleural effusion group and malignant pleural effusion group,respectively,50 cases in each group. Results CRP,ADA levels in malignant pleural effusion group were significantly lower than those of benign pleural effusion group(P 0.05),LDH,CEA levels were higher than those of benign pleural effusion group(P 0.05).Conclusion Joint detection of LDH,ADA,CEA,CRP contribute to the benign and malignant pleural effusion differential diagnosis.
