Abstract

Legal conflict is a common phenomenon in our country's legal life.It is a kind of law phenomenon in which the different laws in the same community relations contradict with each other.Its academic root lies in the fact that one or several of the legal jurisdiction scope conflict with the legal requirements.The default on the allocation、usage and recycle of the legislative resources is the realistic reason for generating legal conflict.Legal conflict caused severe damage to the function and value of the law.Therefore,it is essential to search for the feasible ways to solve legal conflicts from the point of legislation,law-abiding and judicature.
