Abstract

Nowadays,there is an increasing role of the conflict theory of legal obligation in social affairs.We have to combine the corporate requirements,legal character of the legal obligation conflict,resolution rules and the expression of the legal obligation conflict to the deepen discussion in order to exert the function of this theory in practice.
