On the Legal Conflict in Property Guarantee System

Abstract

The Guarantee Law of the People's Republic of China and the Law of Real Right of the People's Republic of China are basic legal norms to adjust the legal relationship in guarantee.Anyway,the conflict is a sort of inevitable phenomenon because of the different social and economic background.Therefore it is necessary to understand the conflict between them in order to avoid the inconvenience that the implementation brought.
