In the present multi-perspective development orientation in the legal world,the conflict of legal value and the solution to it have always been an important issue in the legal world,especially in the theoretical legal world.The present paper analyses the solution to the conflict of legal value from the aspects of the theoretical research and practical operation,and provides references of how to adapt itself to the great trend of the legal homo-quality during the process of legal administration in China with the hope to find a legal solution to selecting legal value for the people.
