Abstract

The evaluation of teaching quality is an important measure for improving the teaching level and school-running level of colleges. The evaluation of teaching quality involves various elements, such as the establishment of evaluation index system, analysis of the weight and index quantification and so on. The evaluation system of teaching quality can not only reduce the workload of the evaluation of teaching quality, it can also make the evaluation of teaching quality more scientific and objective. The paper expounds the general process of the evaluation of teaching quality, elaborates the need for the evaluation system of teaching quality, designs the structure of the evaluation system of teaching quality and develops the functional modules of the evaluation system of teaching quality. The system has a strong flexibility and expansibility and can support many assessment frameworks, which provides a strong support for the evaluation of teaching quality.
